Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account in the ETT Connect and 360Synk apps. Both apps are provided by 360 Synk Software Ltd.

In the app (quickest)

  • ETT Connect: Settings → Delete account.
  • 360Synk: Settings → Account → Delete account.

Your account is deleted straight away.

If you're your company's only owner or admin, the app will ask you to make someone else an owner or admin first, or you can use the email route below.

By email

If you can't open the app, email support@360synk.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject 'Delete my account'. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, sign-in and personal details (name, email, member type, contact settings).

What may be kept

  • ETT Connect: safety reports you sent are kept for safety records but no longer linked to your name.
  • 360Synk: work records such as jobs, certificates and timesheets belong to your employer and may be kept by them.
